ORDER STATUSES
- Unfulfilled
- An "order confirmation" email will be automatically sent by our system upon order placement.
- We strive to dispatch your order on the next working day.
- Fulfilled
- A "shipment confirmation" email, including the tracking number, will be automatically sent by our system once your order is shipped.
- If you do not receive these emails confirming your order or shipment, please reach out to us by emailing info@riamenorca.com.sg
Note: Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday (GMT+8).
PAYMENT STATUSES
- Paid
- Your payment has been successfully captured.
- Payment Pending
- Your payment is yet to be captured. Please allow time for the payment gateway to process. If the status remains pending, contact your payment provider to confirm if the payment was successful.
- Refunded / Partially Refunded
- Unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill your order. An email from our customer service team will be sent regarding the refund.
- Note: Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday (GMT+8).
